1. Cancellation, Reschedule & Baggage  Policy

USD Currency

1. Normal Fare- Super Flexi

• If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket 12 hrs prior to flight time, 10% cancellation charge is applicable on the base fare.
• If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket 01 hour before the flight time, 33.33% charge is applicable on the base fare.
• Reschedule can be done till 1 hour before the flight time without any charge.
• If the passenger requests to cancel or reschedule the ticket within check-in hour, the request shall not be considered and the ticket will be marked as No Show ( i.e no refund )
• Free baggage allowance limit ( 30 kg baggage  + 05 kg hand carry )

1. Yellow Fare- Flexi

• If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket 12 hrs prior to flight time, 10% cancellation charge is applicable on the base fare.
• If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket same day 01 hour before the departure time, 33.33% charge is applicable on the base fare.
• Reschedule can be done till 01 hour before the flight time without any charge. But, if the same fare category is not available, then the passenger has to pay the difference amount of available higher fare.
• If the passenger requests to cancel or reschedule the ticket within check-in hour, request shall not be considered and the ticket will be marked as No Show ( i.e no refund )
• Free baggage allowance limit ( 25 kg baggage  + 05 kg hand carry )
• This fare is same for Adult, Child & Differently able person.

1. Green Fare- Flexi

• If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket 12 hrs prior to flight time, 50% cancellation charge is applicable on the total fare( fare+fsc)
• If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket same day upon the flight date, no refund.
• Reschedule can be done till 1 hour before the flight time. And the passenger has to pay the reschedule charge USD 10 + difference amount of available higher fare if the same fare category is not available.
• If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket within check-in hour, the request shall not be considered and the ticket will be marked as No Show ( i.e no refund )
• Free baggage allowance limit ( 20 kg baggage  + 05 kg hand carry )
• This fare is same for Adult, Child & Differently able person.

1. Child Fare USD

• 33% discount applicable on Normal far whereas the rest fare categories is same for both the adult and child.
• No child discount in Everest Sight Seeing Flight
• The baggage policy is same for both the adult and child.

• If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket upon the flight date, only the airport tax will be refunded.
• Reschedule can be done till 01 hour before the flight time without any charge. But, if the same fare category is not available, then the passenger has to pay the difference amount of available higher fare.
• The reschedule charge is applicable only in the Bharatpur-Kathmandu sector, if the same fare category is not available then the passenger has to pay the difference amount of available higher fare.
• If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket within check-in hour, the request shall not be considered and the ticket will be marked as No Show ( i.e no refund )
• Free baggage allowance limit ( 20 kg baggage + 05 kg hand carry)
• This fare is same for Adult, Child, Differently able and Senior citizen.

1. Flanker Fare, Special Fare, Hotel Fare, Early Fare - Saver

• No refund for the above fare classes. If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket, only the airport tax Rs 200/- will be refunded.
• Reschedule can be done till 1 hour before the flight time. And the passenger has to pay the reschedule charge & the difference amount of available higher fare if the same fare category is not available.
• If the passenger requests to reschedule the above fare ticket within check-in hour the request shall not be considered and the ticket will be marked as No Show ( i.e no refund)
• Free baggage allowance limit ( 20 kg baggage + 05 kg hand carry)
• These fares are same for Adult, Child, Differently able and Senior citizen.

1. Senior Citizen – Online booking options is not available for senior citizen so the ticket has to be purchased from our office directly producing the citizenship card to avail the senior citizen discount. The discount is applicable only in Super Flexi- Normal fare not on the other fare categories.

1. Child Fare NPR

• 33% discount on the Normal fare
• No child discount in Everest Sight Seeing Flight
• Non-refundable fares are same for both adult and the child.
• Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule policies will be similar to Normal Fare and Non-refundable policies
• The baggage policy is same for both the adult and child.

1. Infant Fare ( Below 2 yrs )

• 10% of the Normal fare is applicable and the payment has to be done directly at the airport.

1. Promo Fare

• Non-refundable, not allowed for name and date change.
• Free baggage allowance limit 15 kg ( 10 kg baggage + 05 kg hand carry)

1. Name Change  Facility

• Entire name change is not allowed.
• Only  First name or Last name can be changed paying Rs. 1000/- name change fee.

1. Cancellation Submission Request

• The cancellation request must submit an hour before the departure time.

1. If the Airline Cancels the Ticket.

• If the Airline fails to fulfil its commitment and cancels the reservation, the passenger will get a full refund in all fare categories.

1. Refund Duration / Online Purchase  

• Paid via VISA/MASTER/DEBIT card : 10-12 working days
• Paid via ESEWA/KHALTI/IME: 2-3 working days.
• Paid via ConnectIPS : 3-4 working days

1. Refund of the ticket issued via Travel Agencies

• Passenger must contact the respective agency to claim the refund amount.

1. “NO Show” Ticket - If the passenger fails to report at the airport, the ticket will be marked as “NO Show”( i.e non-refundable / not valid and not reusable )

Notes:

• All eligible refunds will be provided in equivalent local currency.
• If the tickets has been purchased from our website or mobile application, the refund amount will be refunded back into the same account.
• The Name Change Fee / Reschedule Fee are non-refundable.
• If the passenger cancels the ticket that has been already rescheduled, the initial fare category policy will be applicable while refunding.
• If the higher class ticket will be rescheduled into the lower fare category upon customer’s requirement, then the difference amount shall not be refunded.
